我感冒了

前幾天感覺很疲憊, 昨天上班開始聲音沙啞. 昨天吃了一顆AUGMENTIN和兩顆ACTEIN氣泡錠. 今天早上起床覺得氣管的痰很多. 今天第二天上班聲音比昨天更沙啞了. 沒有鼻腔症狀. 沒有發燒.

昨天篩檢了一個A型流感的. 對面醫師也篩檢一個B流. B流目前還是要自費吃TAMIFLU.

早上起床覺得很疲憊, 八點去碧華國小看漂漂的運動會, 九點多覺得身體很不舒服, 也許是天氣冷, 也許是在寒顫, 所以先回家休息.

回家放熱水泡澡, 在澡盆裡睡著. 後來又躺回去床上, 睡到下午一兩點, 漂漂和亮亮一直來吵, 漂漂問:"我午餐已經吃完了, 什麼時候要去姑姑家". 看樣子是不能好好睡了, 所以起床吧.

昨天聲音沙啞,今天也差不多,咳嗽的痰是黃綠色的,昨晚又吃了一顆augmentin, 今天沒吃.... 喉嚨不痛也沒有流鼻水, 就是肌肉痠痛和倦怠而已. 吸氣吸飽然後吐氣, 眼前一片白茫茫, dehydration? fatigue? 反正覺得非常虛弱就是了.

剛剛到漂漂姑姑家了, 明天要去霞客羅.

漂漂口腔潰瘍好幾天

最近流鼻水症狀一如往常，前幾天發現左側靠外有一個潰瘍，昨天去打預防針，看診醫師說有咽喉潰瘍，不過這幾天吃飯都還好，也沒聽她叫，今天晚上幫她看了一下，右側TONSIL有個ULCER，左外側口腔潰瘍已經好了（昨天前天有擦DEXALTIN）。

上個月有吃AUGMENTIN，上個星期本來鼻涕又變黃，一直在想說要不要給漂漂再吃AUGMENTIN，不過今天晚上似乎黃鼻涕還好，再觀察看看吧。

昨天帶小孩去衛生所，小亮去打流感疫苗，漂漂打MMR（補打）疫苗。

小亮昨晚咳嗽嘔吐，今天大香山舉行園遊會，白天還玩的很高興，晚上回家一直咳嗽，兩側WHEEZING，剛給他吃了半顆EMETROL和吸入一支BRICANYL，晚上睡前再給他吸一次藥物，希望今夜不要咳嗽又嘔吐了。
19:00 bricanyl 1 vial + NS 2 cc inh stat

21:10 bricanyl 1 vial + NS 2 cc inh stat

21:23 dexamethasone 4mg po stat


關於DEXAMETHASONE的劑量，好像0.15～0.9mg/kg都有人給過。

昨天去衛生署(塔城街36號)將一些文件交給醫事處人員
她說審核過後如果沒問題
會將醫師證書寄到我的通訊地址(也就是還不能馬上領回)

等證書拿回來. 再來就是找時間去辦理執業執照展延了

2011年7月29日開始全家生病～唉

亮亮前天晚上從咖啡店回家後發燒，有咳嗽，隔天精神又還好也沒發燒，所以繼續去上課。

波美昨天晚上發燒 38.4度，不過金天看起來都還好，不吃藥也不理他，繼續觀察。

我7/29是喉嚨沙啞（不痛），然後隔一兩天咳嗽，最近就剩下濃的黃鼻涕偶而會擤出來。

不知道我們全家是否為共同感染源。

2011年7月20日 龍洞攀岩後泡湯，感冒

攀岩完去皇池泡湯，結果在熱石板睡著了（睡了半小時不到吧），睡醒就感覺喉嚨發炎（不是大痛），然後這幾天流鼻水很厲害，前三天開始咳嗽有濃綠痰，昨天腹瀉一次，今天只剩下喉嚨有點怪怪的，鼻腔也不痛了，喉嚨也不是很痛。
前天肌肉酸痛很厲害，雖然放假一點也不想出門去玩。

昨天去給我們醫院二樓視障人士指壓按摩，肩頸被壓的有點痛（勉強忍受），但是腰部用推的非常舒服，一小時花費六百元，蠻值得的耶。

2011-07-07 好像又咽喉發炎了

今天去加九寮烤肉玩水，下午回家前開始頭痛（很疲勞的感覺），晚上左側咽喉痛，23：10 吃了一顆AUGMENTIN 1000mg，希望明天好起來。這幾天可能是吹冷氣，常流鼻水（一陣一陣的），有時候從冷氣房出來，身體一熱馬上流出一堆清清的鼻水，現在也在流，所以吃了一顆FINSKA LP。
